I am Aunt Apple:  Christ follower, mother of Kieran, aunt to Sebastyan, Stone, Mason, Savanah, Raini, and Saleigha, author, mini homesteader, and executive virtual assistant.

When you think about it, the symbolism of the apple and wisdom is timeless and true.  The ancient Romans believed the apple had mysterious powers that promoted health.  We now know there are health benefits to choosing an apple a day. Enter the popular phrase, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

There are benefits to this concept in our daily lives as well.  Being faithful in your daily devotions helps keep you mentally and spiritually prepared for the days’ challenges ahead.  Taking a few minutes each day to take care of yourself first helps you better care for your family in the long run.  And learning to recognize the mysterious power of God in your life can turn small things into mighty things for you and your family.

My goal is to teach everyone that there are small things we can change or improve about our every day lives that will have enormous impact on our spiritual life, our family, our health and the world around us.

  1. You are in my prayers and I hoping God might see fit for our paths to cross sometime, for a greater purpose. I too have a common vision and calling.

    God bless!

    1. Thank you so much for your prayers! I would love to get together, virtually or otherwise, and discuss ministries :) Let me know when you are free to chat.

  2. My name is Judi and I am a Christian, adoptive single mom of two boys. Your calling and mine are very similar. Being a single mom, I am beginning to see that there is a very real mission field out there of women who need support guidance and leadership. Raising children is incredibly difficult, but raising them as a single parent is even more challenging. I don’t know what I would do without the Lord in our lives. Thank you so much for being obedient to God’s calling in this field. I would love to chat with you about this sometime as well.

    1. Hi Judi,

  3. Hi!

I loved reading about your call to missions. My husband and I had the same calling and were set to move to Nicaragua 2 years ago when God shut that door. We now have twin 4 month old boys and we are doing our best to get to a place where we could all pack up and leave at a moments notice when God gives us the opportuniy. I am still learning couponing and this site has helped ease the financial burden on our family to help us do just that. Although I am not a single mom, our family of 4 relies on a single income as well. I will keep you and your family in my prayers!

    Love Wins,

    Tina Wyatt
